It's Glyn Jones' former Samuri tribute car again. Not a mention anywhere in the ad about that, just its dubious presence on the Samuri register. More of that horrible Goertz regurgitated marketing twaddle though. It's f##king tiring seeing that crap trotted out by these bloody car dealers over and over again. Just like the brain-dead journos at the major classic mags.
You can tell I'm tired. Tolerance for bulls##t = 0.

So has it been authenticated by Spike or not?

This. Although not really where the car itself is concerned. For the uninitiated again - Glyn Jones restored and used to own CAB139N, the ex-Kevin Irons Sam that Spike refuses to recognise as such. After he sold it, he missed it so much he decided to build himself a car that was stylistically a tribute to the Samuris, and thus the car being discussed was born. Glyn never claimed it was anything other than a tribute. Why the #### it is on the register is indeed a big question without a satisfactory answer...

And for anyone wishing to own CAB139N just ask me
You offering a 'club-members' price Rob ?
Thats not correct.Spike wouldn't have volunteered to 'authorise' it....one owner must have !
Thats not correct.
It's a ludicrous story and, like much of the register, made up and not always what it pretends to be.
