Inner Wing Insulators

So wanting to sort these pieces:

82 (63815-E4100) and 33 (63810-E4100)

Since they're no longer available, two questions - I know closed cell foam weatherstrip is the recommendation but has anybody got a UK source for the material they've used before?

Also - where does piece 33 actually install? On the inside of the wing?

It's the seal that goes down the back edge of the wing where it meets the A pillar behind the hinges
