200SX S14 S13 gearbox oil

Just wondering what gearbox oil people are using in their S14 S13 gearboxes.

I think most confusion centers around the fact that the gearbox should use GL4 spec only, whereas the diff is ok with GL4 or 5.
Or oil that is sometimes branded as GL4+, which is actually GL5 but with an additional additive package that makes it compatible with transmission's needing GL4 i.e it's not supposed to harm yellow metals!
