Thanks for the speedy reply. The inner bit I was talking about is the strip that goes along the door against the glass i.e. the other side of the glass to the bit you don't have!

I think that's part of the interior door panel

Hi, I only have fibreglass reproduction ones left and a couple of steel ones that came off a damaged car so would need a bit of panel beating.

Hi Mark, I’m looking for a replacement bracket / plate to hold the wiper motor, my original seems to have gone missing in the paint shop. Would you have one?

Hi Mark, I am looking for 280zx (S130) 2+2 body cuts (along rear of roof, under rear windows, mid outer b pillar). Wondering if you have a suitable shell to provide these bits off. I can provide more details/photos.

Hi Andy, only have one at the moment but I'm saving that for myself, if I get anymore in I will contact you.
Many thanks, Mark.

Hi I am looking for a decent roof skim; we could cut it out ? Thanks eddie 07730513511
Slight thread hijack, but if Mark can't help you with a decent roof skin and you can't find any alternatives, maybe consider an FRP one?

Marugen Shoukai products are of excellent quality (they are highly regarded in Japan) and I don't doubt their roof skin would be the same. Given the efficacy of modern panel bond and structural adhesives (e.g. 3M's products, etc.), I would say that replacing the steel roof with something like the Marugen option is increasingly attractive. Unless someone starts manufacturing steel skins (which will be ££££), in a market where roof cuts are thin on the ground, it has to be a viable option. Worth noting, these aren't like the carbon fibre ones that get glued on top of an existing roof to hide a sunroof hole - they are full replacements.

Im just waiting for a fibleglass roof to be delivered, not Shoukai so dont know what the quality will be like, but i will post when it comes and update on its ease of fitment or not as the case maybe!!

Hi Guys i was thinking of getting the FRP roof skin to go over my sunroof cut out. Does any one have any experience fitting one , do the sit well and what do you use to glue them down ? My other option would be just to fit another sun roof but don't want to do that really. Also does any one have a decent 240Z rear hatch as mine is rusty on the bottom edge and has been bodged or do you know if you can get a repair panel ?

Cheers

Colin

Would it be possible to get a 5 speed gearbox crossmember? Trying to fit a s14a gearbox in a 73 240z, also one of the handbrake cable brackets that goes on the rear struts.

Hi Nick, I have the cross member and handbrake part, I will dig them out tomorrow and photograph.
