Alan - you shock me - this was factory work ?
Is your car remaining LHD on that chassis number ?
.... but I will be doing the works LHD handbrake lever switch (which is quite complicated).
With bumper over-riders.....a test-car and future mule or test to destruction ? European, African or Australian testing please ? I'd have said Aussi from the lower indicators but didn't they not have wing repeaters ?
Wow and this was their rally test car back in 1970 or late '69 ?

Don't ask me to give you a spec list on this thread...!
Yeah, the Japanese were great exponents of the bodge or that'll do,or have a go at that mate. Difference was it was never accepted as the norm, always could be and would be improved.Alan - you shock me - this was factory work ?

Can't see why testing was at MC when Japan must have plenty of similar roads.
Yes, I'll be drilling out the spotwelds. Have done it on two other 'shells before this one, so starting to get the hang of it now.
I'm in North London.
I haven't posted many photos, if any. This car has been somewhat on the backburner whilst I have a couple of other projects on the go, but I've got it back on the rotisserie now and started doing this and that. I've got some rare and unusual period parts for it, and they are no good sitting in the loft or hanging on the wall so I should get on with it. Luckily there's not any rot in the 'shell. It's very, very good in that respect.
Has yours got the 'new to this game' early style factory welding on the front end? I've got MIG wire sticking out in several places...
I’ll have to dig out some pics of the z32 for those who like them, just need to figure out an image hosting site.
