Rear Brake Rebuild 260z

Hi all, I'm currently in the process of getting my car to a state where I think it will pass an MOT allowing me to register it. The brakes are shot at the rear, based on how long the car has been sat I'm going to just strip everything back on the rear and rebuild with new components to eliminate any issues. Basically I'm looking for a set of shoes, wheel cylinders and all the necessary hardware. My 260z is one of the earlier ones, a 1974 US car. I have tried to look, but struggled, to see if there are any comparable alternatives here in the UK when it comes to wheel cylinders and shoes but I've not found anything (probably not looking at the correct parts). I really would prefer to keep it standard rather than change the setup. Any help is much appreciated!

I've come across two main types of setup on the rear, one early and one later type do you have the one with the adjuster integral to the piston or the later separate knurled adjuster?

If you have a look at the pictures I've just uploaded I think it's the earlier ones, apologies it looks a right state, this was just after I took the drum off before I cleaned everything off.
