I'll put up some pictures of the ATI damper/crank wheel on my engine which is slightly different

Or how about taking it off the forum altogether?

Advice taken.
No more discussion from me, no more sneaky advertorials, nada, ninguna cosa. nothing..... just the odd reply to a wanted or a for sale thread..;)

I have also asked that nice man Mr Burns to remove my little selling section in the Traders forums as I dont need it now.
Just for fun here is a pic of the final engine Im building with Skiddell. Its NOT for sale ....it belongs to a friend of mine and he has bought some nice stuff for us to use.

Now Steve n me are off to attack time.

Holy thread bump batman.

Did Steve ever take his engine apart again to see if there's a little more untapped performance in it?

And what is the difference, in your experience, between an ATi and BHJ damper ? Why fit different ones ?

I will be using the standard classified system for anything that I have to sell as it now works well.

Majority couldn't give a shyte so leave Pete alone

As I hardly read anything on the forum nowadays I must have missed this little gem Paul.:D

And I certainly dont give a s......either

It is funny to look back on tho.:D
Albrecht was wrong in his prediction for 2017..............
2017, The Year of the Windscreen Wiper.

You heard it here first.
I dont see any windscreen wipers in the attached pic??
Looks to me that 2017 was another "year of the engine"!!

I will never be able to take another pic like this.
Three L28s all on the go at once.
One is being delivered in a day or so:thumbs:
One will be going home to its owner "very soon"
And the third at block stage will drift over into 2018.
If you add another L28 already done and back in its owners car then I think 4 engines in a year is not bad going for three blokes working part time in a shed behind a (former) council house.:)
So what about 2018???
1. Get that block turned in to an engine . Easy really. The owner and friend has supplied everything we need. And he is not in a hurry!
2. I will be helping Tim build a new more powerful engine for his 240Z Sprint/hillclimb car.
3. Steve and me have probably had enough of L6 engines for now.
I have a 1.8 K series VVC engine that we will play with and drop it in my new track day ZR

That shed is part of the UK Z history - should be a listed building along with that Nissen (did they spell that badly on purpose ?) shed on a well-known ex-aerodrome !

Plenty of decent cuppas went into those builds I bet !:D
