Car and Bike magic in Suderland are great at paint matches on the azure if you get stonechip issues. Its not an easy colour to match.

Thanks Martin. Yes, I know of them. The chap there has a beautiful BRE look 240z, he's a member on here, 'Graeme260z'.

Nice one, they fitted and sprayed my kit and then did it again after a muppet drove into my car two days later. I always recommend them on the other one.

We still really miss ESR over there, a very sad story.

You may need a car trailer for LakeZ now. ;)

Dale, the clutches are a bit fierce resulting in irratic driving at low speeds. In my non-GT model I gained and enormous amount of space by using the area behind the driver where the woofer went.

Take the spacesaver and foam out and double the boot space!

A couple of observations; it's a good job it's got aircon, coz the wind noise with the window open is just insane! !
Haha, just wait until it's raining or sitting in the rain when you've been out and you wind the window down! You'll see what I mean. :p

Congratulations on number 2.

I'm on the south coast this week for a bit of a break (I'll be stopping off at Japfest on the journey home :D). I tried to work out how much it would cost in fuel in the 350, and as I've been getting around the 20mpg mark so far I'd try and aim for 26 on the journey down.

It was 370 miles to here from Newcastle, and even with a bit of a blat for the last 20 or so miles I managed an average of 31mpg, just over three quarters of a tank, which I'm pretty pleased with. It actually kept me entertained on the motorways seeing how high I could get the average up to. A bit sad, I suppose

Another thing I've noticed, is that my left knee has been hurting a bit since I bought the car, which might be a coincidence, but I reckon the peddle box is too far to the right. For me, the foot rest is roughly where the clutch peddle should be and it means my knee is always sitting bent slightly. Does anyone agree?

Oh, and Bronzee, I got a bit wet when I set the windscreen washer away with the window open

Dale, I said you would get reasonable mpg!

See this; mpg figures from me and Zedboy:

Hope you realize that there is a 'Rob Two-Zeds' , 'Mike Two-Zeds', 'Derek Two-Zeds' in fact lots of 'Two-Zeds' . I think there are many people on here with 3 or more Zeds.

You can never have too many Zeds, unless they are rusting in the garden (oops sorry Derek).

I like having matching colours though Rob, like yourself and Zedboy. That's pretty cool

Anyway, the 'Two Zeds' was a play on Arthur 'Two Sheds' Jackson off of Monty Python :D

Could also be when you have to do gymnastics to get back into the Z when some delightful person has parked way to close. Can put a strain on the joints until you get used to it.

In the 370, they did slightly improve the problem with the water coming in the window, not that it helps as you're 350'ing.

Yes, and yes!

I've noticed that when you wash your windscreen on the 370Z the water makes it's way over the roof and down the rear screen now. Still, better than messing up the side windows or getting it in your eye!

Perhaps the two little tunnel rises over the roof, do a bit more for the aerodynamics than they appear.
