Parts are in the garage loft, tools in the house - might get some wall-mounted tool storage when I can afford it.

That first pic is modern art Mr T.

The outline shape of a Z in 918 - white walls, and a new electric roller door by the looks of things. Just ordered one myself as it happens ...

And from the other way - an engine and the front of the car. Love it.

Now it's home it's time to set to work ... watching with interest - where do you start? Make a list on a whiteboard is what I did. if you put one up on those walls, you might never find it again though

I'd just sit there all day with a cup of tea and look at it. Why spoil a thing of beauty?

After that, get it off the dolly and onto some wheels!

Looks great Mr.T.

Maybe put some carpet tacked against the wall by the doors.. Would be a crime to have a mishap. Just a thought.

Just about to start work on my garage conversion, clearing out atm. Insulation and plasterboarding goes in next week.

Could you let me know mats have you used on the floor?

Looking forward to more updates, would love to pop over at some point Matt.

I hate people who let house renovations and wifes get in the way of builds

haha... that's why I'm starting my garage conversion in the middle of the bloody winter!..

After 25 years I would have hoped I'd mastered the art of negotiation, but nope!...It's still a bloody mystery to me.

You can get sticky back foam cheaply which you can stick onto the wall, I've done it with our lockup, works a treat at protecting car doors.
