The reluctance to invite comment has been that as a Club we don't want to open ourselves up to legal action. If member's experiences are posted on the Forum and are 100% accurate (how can we guarantee that?) then is there a problem - I don't know?
How can someone posting what happened to them bring anything on the club?

Because what 'proof' is there of anything, he said this, I said that etc. May well all be true. Or it might not. And as the medium used to convey something that might or might not be true the club can be held responsible.

Going from previous experience with these things, there's one sides story, then the other sides, then generally the truth in the middle somewhere (not talking about anyone's individual case) ...

The club is better steering clear in my opinion. General facts are okay - I didn't get good service from XYZ etc but to go into too much detail and defamation can invite trouble.

Just my 2 cents.

Slow bit steady progress but coming together nicely, has anyone had fun with the replacement door seals from motor sport auto being too thick??

I think the door seals are famous for being too thick. I'm sure I read even on the MSA site that it takes a while for them to 'take a set in their new position'.

I think others say some kia or hyundai door seals fit better. I'm sure someone will be along with the facts

On my Ford rebuild the repro ones were always 'thick'. You could either wait years for them to 'wear' or shave a bit off them.
