Is that angle iron I see masquerading as a sill there, to keep the strength in the frame while the floors are put in?

Great work so far. This thing will rise again!

Update :

Working on the floor pans now, made up sections for new inner sills, cutting out some rust on the front door pillars, virtually finished one side now.

update :

Finished all the welding on the back end of the car, moving forward now onto the front section trying to give the car a bit more orgianlity by incorporating chassis rails into the space frame. Waiting now for delivery a FIA approved rollcage to tie into the front spaceframe.

Been a while since I have posted anything on here, due to health problems my mate has had, we have given up on the body work so I have turned my attention to the building the engine and have also decided to complete a project I had outstanding for a while.

But now all systems go, we're back on the Dastun project fitting the roll cage and finishing off the outstanding body bits.

slow process, but virtually got there putting the roll cage in. First time me and my mate have put one in a car, but he tells me its the last one he is gunna do, because even though it was a ' Pre-Cut ' kit, there were still a lot of modifications that had to be done for it to even fit. I feel like now we are on the home straight.

' Rolling Death ' lives again

Seems to me like you have virtually got a 'spaceframe' S30.

Good work, is it going to have steel or frp panels?
