and those door mirrors look like dogs ears hanging off the car!

why put all that effort into the resto and then stick them on!

the interior looks pretty good and then you notice the door cards!

Unusual if not completely unheard of to find a 260z first registered in the UK during the Autumn of 1973! Love the colour. Just like that on the one I had during late 1974. Interesting to see an intact original front spoiler. Front side indicators are wrong and also fixed back to front. Almost suggest a SA or AU import. Door mirrors don't look good but then early 260's didn't have them in the UK so a personal choice. Refurbished 'Minilites'? Quite a late retro modification and still I think available. UK preference of the period were Wolfrace.

Dissapointing that the engine bay and underside are not presented in favour of very recent body paint. The distance shot of the interior looks ok. Not sure that the selling agent has much idea of these cars. If it is a correct UK car in decent shape why not £29,000? TR6's go at similar money at their top end.

Is it not time to stop trying to down-sell older Z's, whether they be 240's or the couple of dozen UK 260's (still on the road)?

I don't think they've got the suspension dialled in quite right. It looks like it lifts a rear wheel in the corners.

Nice looking RHD 260z up for sale £29K

Too funny Jon!!

I am no expert but considering the gear lever it looks like it has an s13/14 gearbox conversion.

But agreed: love the body work but this seems top dollar for the rough around the edges bits.

Having said that, what is the consensus on what it should be worth?

If you rocked up and shook hands on £25k - would that be fair? And do we think the seller will say no? Especially if it hangs about for a few weeks.

I've always wondered this, plenty of people queuing up on here to do so every time an advert gets listed.

Yes I've seen better ads before however it seems that people want to pull apart every little detail each time one goes up for sale for reasons unknown to me
