3. A stamped addressed envelope
4. PHOTOCOPY of Club Membership card
5. PHOTOCOPY REG DOCUMENT
6. DESCRIPTION OF CAR ie. MONEY SPENT,RECEIPTS, MODIFICATIONS ETC
