zed not running right

just took the zed out for a spin but when it gets to 5000 revs the car kangaroos badly with the revs jumping from 5500 to 4500 over and over and wont rev any higher its kangarooing very badly but if i dont go to 5000 revs it doesn't do it. it does it in every gear it seems like a miss:(
 
Have you checked all the injection connectors? PTU? Do an ECU Diagnostics to see if that comes up with anything first.
 
ok done that and i think i got code 13 1 flash and then 3 fast flashes but that is engine coolent temp would this cause this problem

yep the temp sensor can cause loads of problems .. try cleaning it as its probably caked in green corrosion. its the yellow connector in the ally water pipe infront of the cam belt cover.
