Whats the correct tyres

I did a little research on A048's, it appears that they are steel legal summer tyres. The certification on the tyre label indicates compliance and testing to be use on C1 (cars) i.e. road legal. They are also fitted with the minimum tyre tread indicators which track day only tyres do not have. as mentioned I would fit winter tyres on a separate set of rims.
The note of caution is to say that aquaplaning is a real risk at although they do meet the minimum Euro Standards, they were the lowest rating.
Regarding the issue of excessive dry grip, I note Rob's comments as this is common on 8"+ wide rims of both tram lining and also snatching the stearing out of drivers hands on cornering, I did however think this was limited to larger than 8". I am perhaps a little over 16 stone so perhaps putting force into stearing will be less of an issue than if my wife if she ever drives it. This was why I was suggesting using 225x50x15 on rears and then 205x55x15 on fronts this would reduce the front end grip slightly and perhaps balance the car.
The intention was always to create a GT car that looks like a street car but obviously in a modest way, it will look more original after I am finished with it than when I bought it.

The tyre suppliers and manufactures are dealing with continual changes of standards, my understanding that the testing and approval certification applies to tyre manufacturers only. Once the current stock of manufactures tyres that are certified are used up, the new tyres have to comply the current standards. The tyres that are being used up still comply with traffic laws and are covered in what is call article 15 which covers legacy tyres. This will mean it will become more and more difficult to get a hold of street legal road tyres. Perhaps this is why tyre manufactures have brought this new 'E' certification to allow true track tyres to be sold, and a limited selection & supply of road legal tyres, this however does not apply to legacy tyres.

Can I ask what the rim size, tyre sizes, power stearing used on the Samuri's?
