Been to boots today to get my photos printed off since 2007 2008 I have never really printed many zed pictures off I have always put them on a memory stick and stored them on phone memory cards. ANYWAY I have got 650 photos of zed events I have been to and seen. So from 2008 and before then I have photos in albums so I'm getting some more albums as I took some to oulton and members were really interested in looking but I do it for my z record I'll post pictures wen I have got them all sorted

    SKiddell Having a bad day

Kiddonald racing took the Z to Croft on Saturday (Time Attack round 6) and ran a pb of 1:42.2 (up 2 seconds from last year)

The final got off to a great start, car felt great and tops speeds were up but the session was marred with red flags, looking at the data (best sectors P1/Q1) a 1:40 was on the cards (on par with Mr Barter/Morris) oh well that's racing

The class was won by a 205 GTI (fitted with a mental Honda K20 engine) which ran a 1:33
To put that into perspective that's the same time that a race prepped R35 GTR ran last year

I guess its got minimal appeal to most as its got nothing to do with chrome polishing or what colored plug leads are the fastest..

Big shout out to my friend and pit man PMac, without whom I just couldn't do it.

Hi Rob, it is a very different course to most due to the undulations. There are a few places where the car goes light over the brow or adverse camber.

There is no room for error without hitting something solid. Both the girls are relaxed in the car but Hannah seems to be more in tune with it and is the slightly quicker one

I bet many are interested Steve. We might not be following the series per se, but I bet if you posted the details a few days before each round you'd get a few turn up to each.

Up before dawn to get down to see status (Paul) and pick up some wheels for Chris at Vega Classics ...

... which I then took down courtesy of the M11, M25, M4 and M5 to just outside Exeter and gave to Chris who had some parts for me ...

Thanks to both of the guys - pleasure to meet them both and thanks also to Mike (Saccy) for doing his bit Stateside ...

Replaced the Lucas 1.5 ohm coil with a flame thrower 1.5 ohm and went to the SEKZ meet. The car is indescribably more responsive and keen. Not to mention the far better cold starts. I guess not all 1.5 ohm coils are created equally.

Thats interesting - when I replaced my flamethrower with. Lucas one, I noticed no difference at all.
Maybe it's the difference between a working one and a broken one?

Yes! It's a Quaife. The old rear pinion bearing is resisting removal but I hope I'll get it fitted in the car by next weekend.
