It was colder on Saturday!Treated the car to a day out at Leeds Castle, and for the first time ever, in the 20yrs I've owned the car, I was parked next to a fellow 2+2!
Weather was overcast and bloody chilly, but plenty of cars to see as well as the Zeeee's
Emailed you a few pics mate - but I'm no photographer!!

Nice colour Jon but over here Fender is just a guitar manufacturer
It's a wing I say, a wing, that's what it is
If it was right hand drive I'd call it a wing, but as it's a lefty I find myself talking like our American cousins!
Either way it's nice knowing they will be fixed soon.

My 1973 240Zed has a fuel issue in that the electric pump at the fuel tank was not getting power. I jumped a hot lead to it and it worked so the pump was all good. I investigated further and found that 73-74 240/260's come from the factory with 2 fuel pump relays which are located on the passenger area footwell below the glovebox. After much time with test lights and jumper wires, I finally removed both relays and opened them up to have a look at the contact points inside. The #1 relay which is the lowest to the floor was the bad dog as the small coil inside had melted and would not allow the points to come in contact with each other to complete the circuit. I have reached out to friends locally to find a replacement and will let you know what I find. Nothing on e-bay or google either new or used could be found. Attached is a pic.

Mike, I've not tried, but these relays look big enough to actually fit a modern solid state mini/micro relay in side. i.e. if you can figure out what the pins do, you can repair your old one with a new one inside the case.
