'waxoyel' or wots the best?

Ferk off a minute that pesky car just failed badly on underneath rust........i need to :

1 rob a bank.
2 waxoyle or similar. (welding being done today...)

bearing in mind I'll be painting it on using axle stands wots the best one?....no spray cans cos I wont be able to do that proper at that angle...

Waxoyl INSIDE your chassis rails, POR15 underneath.

I used Waxoyl with the high pressure jobbie for all the underside. Stuff get's everywhere and made a mess of my drive even with covers down. Took ages to get all the black dots of the paint work. The can says the back stuff can't be used with the extension pipe for inside the chassis rails.
