I ordered a wing repair panel off them for my s30,
It took about 2 months to arrive
From what I have read on here is that you order something then they order from the USA and that they don’t hold much stock here in the UK

Yes, I've ordered a couple of bits from them, generally speaking the US stuff, as mrzed has said, is not stocked in the UK so you are purchasing for them to buy on your behalf and then ship on. Last bits I ordered took a month to turn up but then I was happy with that as I wasn't in a rush and the price was better than buying direct from the states.

I've bought from them. Items turned up in a reasonable amount of time with all identifying numbers ripped off the boxes (bit disconcerting).

Other threads seem to indicate that you order from Torquen and then Torquen order it from the usual suppliers in the US. You might as well go straight to the US suppliers.

did they rip off the Z Car Depot stickers too? Or maybe they went with the ID
numbers?

Used Zcardepot and our club 10% discount or RockAuto as these guys just get customer orders from there’s same suppliers. I would assume everything takes ages as they group together customer orders to maximise delivery costs
Conceptua Tuning based in Devon buy from Japan and have an increasing stock of products

Some things are cheaper to go direct to the US but recently I needed to purchase a set of inspection lid rubbers and Torqen were cheaper than going direct to the States. I think it's a simple case of doing your research and shopping around. For items like this Torqen prove to be the better option.

@Davidsw do you know if the parts you ordered are on back order in the states? If so that would explain your delay. I would bet they do turn up, by the way I have no affiliation to Torqen, however, I do understand your frustration at the delay and lack of solid answers when queried.

I just thought it was the path of least resistance . I assumed they were in partnership with some one and got clear good and visibility delivery of parts . As it turns out no they don’t .
