We have now received the official ''user's feedback form'' and have begun collating veiws, comments and suggestions.

May I ask that you send me (email would be easiest please) yours regarding specific areas/moments and also in general.
We'll also be looking to propose certain improvements, include some good ideas whether they be totally practical or not so don't be shy.

I await to hear from you both soonest - we don't want this to linger and I will send you a summarry of the subjects proposed - you might be surprised.
