Mine did that to me up a hill in 3rd gear where there happened to be a wet patch, was a hairy moment. Makes you feel alive though.

Most people seem to underestimate how fast a Z with >>450hp actually is.

You probably should get yours caged Wyn, could save your life if the worst was ever to happen, will get one in mine when I get the chance.

Can't imagine what 500+hp would feel like in a Z, let alone 600

I wonder if you'll get used to the power and want more...

tbh now I've used it for a bit as a road car the answer is no

Even at 500 it was mad, now 600+ its unsafe lol

But then that's down to the driver and how you use it I guess
Potter about part throttle / part boost no probs. Drives spot on n pulls sooo nice
Full throttle forget it.
As of yet I still haven't given it full throttle - max revs - 1st to 5th !

Maybe one day lol :D

Reinforces my decision to reduce the power on my engine from what it was running when I bought it 650hp would have been too much. With 480hp its perfectly usable and I can go full throttle. Yours must be be mental to drive, should be quick in the 1/4 mile though if you can get enough power down in the first two gears.

From my experience of the blue car, 400 is fully usable most of the time. Great for track and drag plus very nice and tractable on the road. I do find myself wanting a bit more though. Maybe just another 100 or so would keep me happy for a while.

Hmm bit like willie wonkas elevator then Wyn

Taken straight from the film ;)
Tis true, its an RBZ, no you cry …. it’s a normal Z ?
Its an RBZ, A normal Z can only go forwards n backwards.
An RBZ can go sideways n slant ways n long ways n back ways n square ways n front ways and any other ways you can think of …
Just press the throttle even a little and you will find out … Zing !!!
But until now I’ve not pressed it fully lol :D

Think Johnny might/will always have me there

Didn't seem that quick Wyn :lol:

Derrick;)

Go against your 280zx next time :D

Can't you set it up to be switchable between street and track maps?

It has, the throttle lol
nah tbh am going to leave it where its at now.

You should, nothing saying you have to use it all the time, as tbh you cant on the roads
But its there should you need it :)

The Zed is Dead :(

First day out in the car this year so took my daughter out for a spin, and this happens, and on what day !
All because some c**t wasn't looking in their mirror I went to overtake I got pushed off the road @ 50mph
To make matters worse they c**t who hit me didn't stop either, they just kept on going !
Seriously not a good day
Fooked all 4 wheels, 2 flares, frt valence panels, wing, rear quarter and rear suspension and what ever else it did to the underside whilst skidding along that verge
Reported it to the police but doubt much will come of it
