Woody try a company called Hagerty for your insurance. They gave me a very good agreed valuation on my Z a month ago, infact they even upped my valuation of my LHD restomod 260Z by 4k so I was very happy. All you need to do is send them a few pics of your car and you're sorted.

Thanks for the recommendation Jake, I may give them a call in due course. Only thing I've got working against me though is my age, unfortunately not that many insurers seem to like a 22 year old with a classic as a second car...

I'll need to check however there has been one Insurer who's been very reasonable. If I recall correctly around £600ish. Given my age this seems a small miracle, I'm going to have to wait till I'm 25 until I do anything too bonkers.
