Hi I renewed my subscription on 15th September via Paypal. I am still declined access to member areas. I have checked my postcode etc and all appears fine, I tried to PM the membership secetary but was prevented as the address does not allow PMs from non members. I also emailed membership secetary on 19/09/2008 with no response. Can someone please look into it, unsure where to escalate from here.

Also strange that that as a non member could send a pm as this was changed about 6 weeks ago

Joined fairly recently. Member # & Postcode in profile. I don't think I ever received anything through post tho i.e. membership card etc.
Have I missed something?

Hi.reading other peoples problems, i have one of my own i have been a member for about ten years & i also cannot enter members areas (mem no 715). but reading your posts on using upper case this is probably the problem, any chance of rectification. Bmarti.

Hi Bmarti
If you click on the black Forum button at the top of the page and then click on the User CP button and when this opens click on the Edit Your Details this will allow you to edit your details to upper case where required

Hi Nidge just met Charles Leekam aka ChazL membership number 315 could you turn him red please just tracked his details down through Mr.Fs soup message and found out that when looking at his details his postcode didn't have a gap in it and I have edited this for him

pmed him back requesting he edits his post code to uppercase from lower case
can you adjust his access status when you next run an update
