Great day great venue great weather thanks for organising Paul and nissansportz, its got to be the most pleasant place for a car event in the south. Easy in and easy out good value etc especially considering the ticket gives access to the whole of leeds castle.
One disappointment only 3 240z .which was a shame

Thanks for coming sir! You've got a great mota there. Both your's and Mark's cars are inspirational for the standard I'd to get mine to.

Here's a gratuitous copy and paste from my posts on nissansportz!

Thanks to all that came Leeds Castle! I hope you had a good time

I would like to thank in particular Peter (Dieselpit) and Rachel who came over from Germany so they could attend on Saturday!

It was lovely to meet you both and we really enjoyed the time we spent with you.

Saturday was a bit on the wet side. It rained on and off all day, but luckily it was warm and there was no wind so under out umbrellas it was OK.

It was great to put some more faces to names and see some lovely motas in the flesh. lolver's SC 370Z looked pretty epic. Sounded nice too!

This was the first meet for my 240Z. Also, it was the first time it got rained on in about 12 years!

The rain made the stunt drivers job a bit more interesting. He did an amazing amount of work on a short length and VERY narrow piece of tarmac!

Neither Robin or Sarah were driving so they shared a bottle of red wine...

The booze bus was back. Today the open top deck was less popular!

Dieselpit's German registration plate is epic!

Also, he has some nice decals

I wish I'd got a picture of his steering wheel - it's a thing of beauty and I've been convinced that I need to get a custom one made to my specifications now

My Dad's car was selected to do the parade. You might be able to spot Seb in the copilots seat!

To repay the favour, Seb let Dad play with his throttle pedal with the exhaust in loud mode!

The obligatory castle pic (sorry for the cars I blurred out!)

Thanks to Sean for driving the Honey Monster to the show, and to Seb's Sarah for driving it back

On Sunday the weather was a lot better. It was dry all day, started overcast, and got gradually more sunny as the day went on.

It was great to finally meet some new people - Bikeracer1098, SG3, tjrvp, ChasGFL & Helen really good to chat with you guys!

I didn't manage to take many photo's for some reason (too much chatting I suppose!)

Thanks again to Sean for driving the Honey Monster today

And I found a little runabout that's right up my street!

Thank you for organising Paul, it was a cracking day out and the weather was even kind to us :D It was great to see new and old faces to catch up as always. A shame we were a couple of S30's down but there's always next year.

Fortunately the car made it home ok however it's certainly being tucked up now until I can finalise the next job lot of parts for the continued renovation, the engine wasn't sounding the healthiest by the time I was home. Glad to see yours in now on the road at least though, looking forward to seeing the progress!
