I'll be PMing people shortly to ask for car details, contact details, and the money @ £10 per car per day (nissansportz paying Members get their tenner back on the day). Then I'll arrange it all with Leeds Castle

Any other time i would definitely of said yes, but on this rare occasion i will have the other half and daughter in the car, they're going to meet up with a friend who lives close to the castle.

Ah, I missed that, but he is now officially on the list!

It won't be a problem changing cars as such, but can you PM details of the alternative car so I can warn the organisers? I hope your Z is sorted in time though

I should receive the entry forms soon. When I do I'll PM them to people and you will need to bring these on the day (but I will have spares with me). I'll send all the full details out but, basically you need to be at the Castle no later than 09:00 (late cars will not be allowed in) and you can leave any time after 16:30. As part of your entry you have access to the Castle and all the facilities there

It's good news about the meal, I've booked a table at our local and I will call them up to ask for more seats! Will you be coming with anyone?

Motors by the Moat Exhibitor Notes

Arrival and Departure

 Arrival is from 7am until 9am, via the Leeds castle main entrance.
 No vehicles will be allowed onto the event site after 9.30am.
 On arrival please clearly display your car pass.
 Please fill in your mobile number and registration as these will be check on entry.
 Vehicles will be not permitted to leave until 4.30pm when the event finishes.

Tickets

 Your exhibitor fee allows the driver and up to three passengers in the car entry to the event, castle and grounds.
 Your passengers MUST arrive with you in the exhibiting car, between 7am – 9am.
 To gain entry to the castle and rest of the grounds, you and your party will each need to collect a ticket from the Information Tent. These tickets are included in your exhibitor fee.
 Your car pass and ticket will only be valid for the day you are exhibiting.
 If you arrive after 9.30am, your car pass will be invalid and you and your guests will require a normal admission ticket to event, castle and grounds.
 This event is pre-booked only. There will be no admission on the day.

Club Stands

 Gazebos are not permitted at the event.
 We encourage club flags and bunting.

Food and Drink

 You are welcome to bring your own food and drink into the event, including alcohol. There will also be several catering outlets and a bar.
Cash Machine
 There is no cash machine onsite, however cash back is available in the Leeds Castle shops.
Dogs
 Assisted dogs only are permitted at Leeds Castle.
Timetable
 New for 2018 is our parade track. There will be several parades throughout each day, and also a stunt show by Terry Grant.

I am just about to PM you the flyers that you will need to print and bring with you on the day. I will bring some spares with me in case you forget yours (please call me in this case as we will need to find each other before we enter the Castle grounds).

Great day great venue great weather thanks for organising Paul and nissansportz, its got to be the most pleasant place for a car event in the south. Easy in and easy out good value etc especially considering the ticket gives access to the whole of leeds castle.
One disappointment only 3 240z .which was a shame
