Mr G I'm getting somewhere now, After days of trouble with the exhaust I now have a 2 1/2 straight through to a single back box. Now when I record the mixture I get a WOT of 12.4:1 pretty much perfect, Ive not changed the jets so I guess the new manifold and exhaust has made the engine breathe easier, before I was getting WOT of 10:1 way too rich.
Idle is around 14:1, the only problem I have is just abouve 1500 rpm it goes 10:1 before leaning out a little to 12:1. Maybe the
emulsion tubes are the problem or it could be the air correctors, I will try a few combinations and compare the results.
As it is its very nice to drive and screams to 7k
