Paul and John, we're travelling out of Newhaven to Dieppe, you've got the link for the Chateau, it's about 1/2hr drive to the circuit, on the Friday night there's a free garden party, food and wine and a 'dress theme' last year was Silver and White, the year before was pink :) there's a bar, restaurants etc and great facilities, looking forward to you both joining us

Or you can 'rough' it with the majority which'll cost a lot les per drink !

The fridges were those loaded for the club stand - cold fizzy everyday.

I have no idea of next year’s prices yet (I have asked the organisation) but here were those from 2016 :

Entrance : €49
Entrance and access to the paddocks : €64
Tribune/Grandstand seat (not obligatory) : €36
2x laps of the full circuit : €160
Camping plot (with toilets, showers and electricity) : €95

I shall probably tow mine up although I only live 2hrs away because :

a) I can load up the other car with club stuff
b) I can sleep in said other car....I also like my comforts - see Kia with 4x seats removed !

We got there early though an,d pegged out plenty of space !:D

Spoke to Jon and he is cool about staying in new haven the night before so all we need is the ferry crossing and hotel for the night so we can tie everything in

I like the look of those motorhomes, much better than a tent ;)
Any Frenchie hire companies nearby that will supply one to the site ?

Always been on Maison Blanche right by the Porsche Curves for the 24 in June... great campsite (although smaller every year as the ACO realise they can get more money from corporate entertainment than from us). The closer to the track the better!

Noooo! Motorhome only excusable as long as it tows a trailer with a Z on it!

Are you kidding ? No way.

How frustrating would that be plodding along in your motorhome at 60mph with your Z towed behind whilst every one else sails past having fun in their old classics.

Did it once in the early 90s and never again. I was towing a classic behind a normal car ( not a motorhome ) to Essen whilst all my mates were having fun winding up the Germans on the Autobahn in their E Types, Healeys, TRs etc. Getting a snake on at 90mph trying to keep up is not recommended, suffice to say a visit to the nearest laundry required on arrival
