Thanks for the concern, I'm ok, no injuries to anybody involved, only my poor Datsun.

Won't be cheap but one assumes insurance company will foot the bill.

Gutted you're not coming but hope to meet you in your beautiful, soon to be re-beautified car soon.

Been working on the car all day in preparation for tomorrow. Had a long list of things to do but ended up spending most of the day trying to fix a misfire. Still not sure its fixed but I'll be on the track regardless. If it makes the trip there it will probably last the track sessions.

Attended today and had a great time. Met old friends, some folks in-person that I've only known on the forum and saw some impressive Z track action.

Pics to follow soon.

Hit and killed a Pheasant on the way home and felt bad about it - how can people shoot them and call it sport?

Had a great day and the car is still in one piece, which is always a bonus. Great to meet fellow zedder's and chat to others. Really really enjoyed the 2 track sessions. Car handled the best it ever have which gave me the confidence to take it too and beyond the limits with no drama's. Had some concerns about overboosting the turbo's as I didn't have enough time to test the ECU limits I had put in place. I could have done with raising the fuel cut limit by 20mb or so as I was hitting the limit all the time. The limit is set for 2100mb map and I think I could off raised it to 2120mb and not reached it. The last turbo blew at 2196mb so I'm sailing close to the wind.

Anyway, it was a great learning day and the car lives to fight another.

I managed a 1.09.63 and 1.09.06 as my best laps and this was the last 2 of the day. All my laps had a bit of traffic but considering Charles had half my power it shows I've still a lot to learn and will continue to do so.

Likewise here. Enjoyed our first ever Z meet. Not possible to say hi to everyone though, but at least I saw your cars up close, so putting a Z to the name if not a face. Picked up a few good tips as well :) and my car certainly liked it's A43 blast.
