What I will add is that two members THIS WEEK will only react to letters sent by me to remind them to renew. They don't do Paypal or Standing Orders. They don't even visit the website.

So yes there is a fast pace to social media but not everyone is keeping up - including me!

It took time & sometimes we still have to moderate him... But he has good intentions, huge energy
And ability to say "sorry, my mistake"... That is a rare quality
Sometimes it is opposite... He moderates,, do you believed that?

I love my Sylvain - he also has huge energy, always sees the positive side and is very analytical.

He's also a good treasurer, always a good reason not to spend the money....he's my brake.

David is the artist but with a business head and new Marc is multi-cultural, perfect as our Press relations.

4x of us although more would be welcome.

those who are happy to support the forum(minimal cost)

Those who like to go to shows etc, where the club pays for stands(more cost).

If someone wants 'club discounts' for these things or others they would be a full member.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned, everybody's been very enthusiastic in providing feed back there a lot to catch up on! Be goo if we could have a map detailing member locations, only available to paid up members it would be a good way of networking locally.

it is great & personal pins are set by forum users themselves... but not yet available for vbulletin5

Dear all,

Firstly a sizeable thanks to all for your excellent contributions during our four week feedback period.

Having started a new role at work, set up a new business/venture outside of work and started some building work on the house, I've had virtually no time at all to log on to the site and give it quality attention of late. So please forgive my brief radio silence!

Now that things have settled down a little, I have started to summarise all the great comments / recommendations to date and will post up the high level summary and next steps before next week.

We have some solid quick wins and long term actions that we can take/discuss shortly.

Looking forward to the next round of constructive discussion and action!!!

Fellas, a really big thanks for the offer to help.

I would really appreciate that. I have started the collation / simplification / categorisation of the feedback. Unfortunately it coincided with new global role at work and build on the house which has massively slowed me down in every other aspect of my life.

I'm hoping to get a first draft out this week as wife and kiddies are away and work is quiet-ish and I welcome any and all help.

I will share what I have this evening as a structure and a stray and if you can help with adding meat to the bones then I'd be most grateful.

Please PM me your email addresses and I will grant access to my Dropbox folder so that we can be working off the same file(s).

Once we have a good / succinct list we can then share with the forum and gain further input/volunteers for who can do or is interested in doing what / when.

FYI Steve and I have been following up in the background with our hosting provider to set up a shadow site migrated to XenForo (evolution of VBulletin) to test out. The developer/techie guys are being slow getting back to us but we're on it.

There is one obvious sign of progress with out having to do anything and that IMHO is the friendly way people are posting on here now
And yes there is an attempt at progress behind the scene but as you know from when Datsun France altered stuff it was a long hard struggle for the guys who were attempting to do it
