Hub Bolts removal for the rear wheels

Hi all

I purchased new wheel bolts for my 260z because the thread was gone on some of the original. I installed the front ok, and started today on the rear.

I removed the wheel, alu drum cover, and the internals of the drum. The 4 bolts are visible. I tried getting them out by loosening the backplate. It worked and I got the 4 new studs in. However, I can off course only give the lugs a small amount of pressure so they dont go trough the metal shim fully.

What could I do to get those bolts fairly through the metal shim on the hub so that I dont need to remove axle ?

Put several thick M10 Washers on the outer side of the Hub face, then screw a wheel nut on to the thread and wind it on ( clockwise ). It should pull through without damaging the threads.
