Yes, there is a spring clip missing. There are 4No. altogether to secure the handbrake cable in place. Part number is 36406-P0100 (07/73 on), although it now seems to be superseded to 36406-09E00. The part is not illustrated on the R-Drive fiche, only listed in the text (part No. 30).
