Great weekend.... Just slightly burnt!

Lovely to see RIDDLER again... Rob, I did listen as you drove off.. Sounds sweet. Thoughts at the time were that it seemed to glide through the grass. Nice.

Rob, doing a carb refurb on the road side!... Something for me to aspire to.
Many highlights, meeting old and new faces..Some good drives to and from the event. One notable experience as a passenger in "Mad Dog Jake's" Z.. Pretty sure I didn't leave any stains on his seat.. haha. Thanks Jake, that was educational!
Took a gentle drive home. Warm day, sun beginning to set. windows open, cruising down the motorway, temp gauge bang on and the BeeGees playing (No1 in 1978..).. A moment of "Life just doesn't get any better". Fantastic...

What I have noticed about pictures of 'meets' is that RichieP appears on nearly all of them.
He is very sociable and will talk Datsuns for hours - you always leave knowing a bit more about these cars.

Hmmmm, well I seem to remember it was you trying to keep up with the ZX Turbo around the twisty bits that gave Tim his brown pants moments
Also still runs factory boost, plenty of room for turning it up a notch or two yet to meet the challenge
