Door skins

Has anyone managed to unfold a door skin of the main doorframe to possibly have the frame blasted or just cleaned up and the refit the door skin.

That is everything since it left my garage went to the bodyshop. I know what its cost down to the penny since the day I bought it, but I never thought about keeping track of my hours unfortunately.

Yes Rodney that’s the plan only there’s no rust holes to repair it’s all only surface rust and I want that gone

Just in case anyone is planning to strip door skins off a 280z doors there are 8 spot welds that make it very difficult to peel back the bent over flange s they need drilling out very carefully as it would be easy to go right through the face of the outer skin also a brazed joint at the top of skin near window opening
