DJS30 Race = 1 3/4 primary pipes (42mm internal diametre leading to 2x 50mm secondaries)
Primary pipes = 920mm long, join of 3-1 at 700mm
Secondary pipe = 480mm long
Overall length from head to single pipe = 1m40cm
Equal-length primary pipes and rectangular ports :
The height of the manifold ports is 39mm
The width of the two inner ports is 36mm
The width of the 4x outer ports is 32mm
6-2 into a 'Y'-pipe collecteur with equal-length secondary pipes.

The exhaust pipe is 2,54" (62mm internal diametre) all the way out to the rear.
The JDM rear silencer has a 62mm entry and 2x 50mm exits.
This no-compromise high-performance manifold ressembles exactly the 1 3/4 previously sold except that the flange thickness has been increased from 11 to 15mm and has a cut-out to allow for better fitting above the thermostat housing.
Supplied with gasket and clamps.
Available for members here at a very competitive price of £523 and at a combination discount price of £842 with the complete exhaust line.
Delivery of the combined kit to the UK mainland and other EEC member countries will be £52. The manifold only will be £49.
