The brake servo on our 1974 Fairlady Z has failed. When the pedal is depressed there is a sudden inrush of air causing an engine idle correction and poor pedal assistance and feel.
I have seen some threads where people have rebuilt them in a home setting with new diaphragm and parts. Has anyone got any practical experience of this. e.g. did it ultimately work out? Are there any new retrofit options available? I guess I'm looking for success stories
