It's just a colour I liked. I couldn't find anyone who could mix to a specific Datsun colour. They all either wanted to try and match a swatch to a sample of paint or have me just pick from a swatch, which is what I did. I had a picture of a car in mind and this is pretty close to it. I mainly wanted a 70's type orange.

Nether. It was painted by the guys that did Terry's lime green car. They are good but to hard to deal with.

My close friend is about to paint his 510 and looking at shades of orange. Would it be possible for you to share the ∆ ∆ colour code via a PM?

Too many other cars jumping the queue!!

I am planning to spend a couple of weeks on it over the Christmas period to at least get it moving on. I do check on it every now and then.

Time flies!!!

7/8 years later and I'm back onto 4BOA. I think the paint should have hardened by now so time to get a move on.

It is still just a shell on a dolly so my first job is to get it rolling on its wheels. All the suspension has already been powdercoated black so I can make a start on than but I would like to get on with the floor sound deadening. Does anyone have some drawings/plans/templates for the original shapes as I would like it to look as original as possible. Or a link to someone who sells the stuff at a reasonable price.
