On the front of mine I have 205x60 14 tires and on the rear 225x60 14

IMG_1429.JPG

as you can see the front should really be a 70 profile or possibly 65

and the rear should I think be 55 profile to closer match OEM

The car is lowered by 1.5 - 2"

not much help regards your tyre options. but you can see whats going on visually atleast ;)

The rear hasn't rubbed yet, but it is pretty close!

IIRC the wheel widths are, fronts 6.5" and rear 7"

Good Morning Jason,

Thank you for your enquiry.
In answer to your question Yokohama Japan have no plans to release the Advan HF Type D in the UK/European market, this particular specification is used purely for the Japanese domestic market.

Kind regards

Does anyone foresee any insurance / VOSA issues in the event one is unfortunate to have an accident or gets stopped ?

Would they be compliant:confused:

Tyres 'can' contribute to an accident though ... not sure wheels would do so.

Abd we know that some insurance companies will use the small print to get out of a claim if they can.

Respectfully Frankster I have spent far too much time, effort and money on this forum/club over the past 14 years to warrant spending said tenner
If the Club is happy for its forum to be littered with grammatical inaccuracies and spelling anarchy then fine.
