Not another 1j in a Z. If he needs any advice he can always ring me. Standard engine in a Z will make 360hp with no mods. Thats what mine made before the cams which pushed it to 392hp (its current power). This is due to a less restrictive exhaust and intake causeing the boost to rise to 1 bar. He will get fuel cut unless he fits a very good boost controller to limit it.

Only new on this forum, but the same Peter Allen as on viczcar I think? They don't have a Sean on there so he might not have recognised the banter!

Yes, that's it Mike. Mine seems to eat rubber seals, so interested in alternatives.

These ones don't have a seal at the moment as it is a snug fit but I might use some 1mm u Chanel rubber just in case.do you still need a picture as I can post one up for you.

Not much progress to report as I have been trying to fix my metro after I smashed it up.
But I have been doing some bits .
Nearly completed the 200Sx gearbox conversion but when I fitted the input shaft housing I noticed there was a crack round the bottom of the clutch release bearing shaft section as it was moving.so I ordered a new as my other spare 200sx gearbox was missing that as well so I presume it must be a common problem and the new part is now cast steel.
