How do these differ from the Rota RKR's?

Yes that's quite a cool design by the guys @ Atara and they work well with classic and pre 90 cars IMHO

    8's are 7.6kg and 9's are 8.1kg
These aren't re-branded RKR's. The Pisang design was released in 2010 albeit in 9 and 10.5". The RKR is a more recent release by Rota. There are also differences in the design between the two.

Yes, sadly at the moment. I have fed back that 15x7 or 15x 8" would be a good size to offer. Let's wait and see.
Sorry only 15's at the moment.

However if your feeling flush, Atara do offer a bespoke service where you can design your own wheel, usually 3 piece, billet and in any size, width and Offset. ( 17" to 20")

Thanks! Any idea what size tyres they are running?

Those look like 205-50-15, which clear arches. If you want meatier tyres, then 225-50-15 will also work but may need the rear arch lips rolled slightly.

IIRC there was a thread or two about what tyre sizes and wheel widths work etc

On an 8" wheel a 225 tyre is a perfect fit width wise.

I have 225 60/14 tyres, ET0, on the rear, and they just clear the arches, they may possibly scrub a bit at full compression, but that's never happened as yet.
Dont forget a 205 50/15 tyre is still smaller in overall diameter than the OE 195 70/14 so your speedo will be incorrect.
