    Lowering spring question

Afternoon all, I've dropped the 240 off at my friend's garage to have a set of lowering springs fitted whilst I'm away on holiday next week, can the rear springs be replaced without removing all the suspension? I.e. Somehow just undo the strut and ' wiggle' it through the wheel arch? Any...

LHD 240Z O/S wheel further forward

I recently bought a set of Rota wheels from Status for my '71 LHD 240Z, the tyre sizes are 225/50/16, the O/S wheel catches and is slightly further forward than the N/S, I've been searching the Torsion bar, thinking that may be the culprit, the suspension was rebuilt before I bought the car...

American Racing 15" Slots and tyres

My 240Z came with a set of 15" x 7" AR Ansen Sprint slots with brand new 225/50/15 Toyo Proxes on, I've recently bought a set of Rota from Status so these are now surplus to requirements. The wheels and tyres have covered less than 1500 miles in total and as such are as good as new. They...

    Thumbs up :-)

Every time I go out in the 240Z I get a thumbs up  When I'm on a two lane carriageway I have people hang back, go past with passengers looking, at traffic lights people lean across and point and  if I'm behind a car I can see them looking through their rear view mirror then the...

    Repainted my 240Z trims

Although my car has Slots fitted it came with its original steel wheels and Hub Caps, which, although had 43yrs of patina, were generally in good condition, I like the thought of putting the original wheels on now and again so put a set of Bridgestones on the steel wheels and set about...

Can you get Panasport Wheeks over here?

As above really, I think they really suit the Z, would a square 7" set up be the best and fit on the fronts or are staggered 6&7's better? Thanks in advance!

    Rear fog light

Does anyone know if my soon to be imported 1972 240Z needs a rear fog light? If it does can it be incorporated into the O/S reversing light socket instead of fitting an ugly unit under the rear bumper? Thanks in advance! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
