Sorry the 240z are 2 inch diameter.

No they dont have that oval shaped section on the floor... Will 240z struts fit the 260z? What diameter are the 240 as i'm going to buy a spare set and get them sectioned whilst my car is being welded.

Ok so no sure way of knowing without taking off and measuring. Wasn't sure if there was a way of telling by looking at chassis numbers etc. Thank you. Now to decide whether to go with McKinney conversion or Threaded sleeve set up.:eek:

im guessing you havent looked at the rare rims website otherwise it would have told you the offsets etc. Im new to datsuns so not sure the flush fitment on a Z yet. Basically go for the widest J and lowest et and make it fit ;)

I have whipped off my standard 1974 flat top carbs with the view to either fix the float or replace with some other carbs. I dont want to spend a lot of money installing webers as i dont klnow what state the engine is in. Only had the car 1 week and only driven 2 miles before floats choaked it...

I could weld in the correct panels but I'm assuming the panels cost a good bit of cash. Its just a floor pan an it is flat sheet anyway?! The chassis rails are a different question but its still a box section cut to the correct length? correct me if im wrong
