Different type of door finisher strip This is the strip on my car which does not have a plastic/rubber plug. The end of the strip is closed off with metal tabs. Can anyone tell me if this is later or earlier than the type with a plug in the end?

Have you seen the car? What are you expecting? The bodyshell will probably in a better state than any uk car in need of restoration. It looks a bit of a mess but it is what you cant see in the photos that is more important. View as many uk cars as you can find and take plenty of advice...
