No, it was a toothed wheel with a sensor to count RPM or perhaps TDC, or something!

Sorry for being vague!

No, I'm the chap with the big roving camping car.
I had a fit when I thought you may have had a change of heart however I have been calmed down by an ex-pat near you.

I wouldn't do that to your heart, or his.....or even mine !

Replacement already ordered (for March) - whilst you're here - send to you or Mr (nearly ex) ex-pat ?

Replacements to your ex-pat friend, they will make there way here if required.
I doubt I will actually need them unless he asks me to do the wiring loom. I have the manifold for matching to the head but that is about as far as I need to go.
Good luck with your sale!

Yes - A crank sensor will be needed. How else is the ECU going to know where the pistons are? You will also need to know where the cam is, unless you run in 360 sync. I used a saxo map sensor to measure depression on cylinder 6 so I could run in 720 sync. Other sensor needed will be air temp, coolant temp, and lambda if you want any sort of AFR control. You could add various other sensors but they are not required just to get the engine to run.

I notice you are advertising these as being for an l-series. They are universal so will fit pretty much any straight 6 engine. Why not try advertising as such as you will then dramatically increase the potential buyers.
