Would have been differant LHD-RHD.

They would be curved in the opposite direction due to the anti-clockwise rotation of the LHD unit. It could be easily fixed by a swap to a Honda fan, I bought one off eBay with the correct rotation that fitted well when I was still in the planning stages of my air-con install.

There is some fabrication done to complete the conversion, it does`nt just bolt together, it would be nice if it did

These fans will run either way, just swap the terminals round. Ive had one going all day on a 12 volt supply, no problems at all.

Are the vanes on your fan straight or curved?
If they are curved and running the wrong way they will loose efficiency!

I asked myself the same question early this morning when i had a look at the motor and saw they where curved. When i set the motor running in reverse out of the fan box i could feel the differance in performance but when i put it back in the box and conected all the pipes its still up to the job its supposed to do, not a bad little fan if i do say so myself to say its going the wrong way.Thanx for the heads up on the fan though , i totally overlooked the direction thing,
