So, its taken far too long to get this sorted due to many reasons, broken ankle, not being home enough, insurance companies, lack of money and time. But its currently in the bodyshop for fixing and improvements.

Wings look like they will be good.

Decided to do the underneath and interior while I'm at it, will extend the frame rails to join up to the rear frame for additional strength and add some jacking plates to make it easier to lift the car using the scissor lift I will have in the future. Will also be making some improvements in the engine bay.

Big reason for my delay is that all my time has been taken up since buying my first house. Its great to finally have a garage for my cars and I have big plans to set it up just how I want it, the end bay will be my workshop with a scissor lift going in.

Thanks Guys

Soooo much room for cars and looks like there's no one right next to you.
Yes, plenty of room for cars, very important.

Only one neighbour near me, clear views of the country all round, good to have a neighbour imo, gives a bit more security. Although I think it should be secure anyway, the house can't be seen from any road and has a long drive up to it.

Wow, great location.

Probably too remote for a pizza or curry delivery ?
On the plus side, no Sunday morning door knocks by Jehovah witness crew ?

Thats the beauty of the location, its in the country but only a 5 minute drive into the centre of a big town. Close enough to still get Pizza but too far for Jehovah's witnesses.

This has been off the road for way too long, way way too long, its been killing me not being able to drive it as I absolutely love this car.

Good new is however this finally made it to court at the very start of January and I won, got £2k less than what I wanted but the other side also had to cover all costs for lawyers, barristers, court fees and pay the accident management company and I did't loose any no claims so I guess it a really good result overall.

I am now assembling the last parts needed and hope to start the rebuild around June/July. Its going back to a bare shell, bare metal respray with some minor improvements in the bay now that I have everything how I want it in there and the chassis will also be strengthened int he rear with some more stitch welding, extending the frame rails up to the rear sub-frame and possibly a custom half cage. Will also be up-rating the moustache bar and drop mounts and finally fitting my T3 Adjustable rear arms. The car is currently mostly stripped and the engine is still in but disconnected ready for me to remove once I have access to a lift.

Its looking unlikely my front bumper will be repairable, and with the fitment issues with the SS ones I am considering getting a top stage composites FRP one and getting that chromed, provided somewhere in the UK can do so well. They can do it nicely in Australia where Topstage is based but the problem is it needs test fitted and potentially alterations before it gets chromed so I can't use them. Other than that I think I am ok for parts, as long as I decide to use the FRP Automotive air dam on which I consider the quality to be poor. Also worried about their headlight bucket, if that fits badly it will delay everything while I search for a replacement.

I love how the car looks already, but I also love how they look with flares so need to decide before the work whether to flare or not and I'm finding the choice difficult. Would also love to change to Watanabe wheels but they cost nearly £3k for a set. :(
