tbh no, am not too fussed now as will only be sat outside.
Not sure what to do about using a car cover on new paint ?
But I have all the parts so shouldn't take long to get it rollin again

Can't say I blame you, it keeps the pressure off. At the speed your going with the rebuild anyway it won't be too long.

The re spray looks fantastic! Top marks to the painter, hopefully I'll get to see this in person at a show at some point.

But its now run out of Mot and still need to change the rack n fit the new suspension parts AGAIN
Cross member down job as the rack is soo tight to the sump

Great to see this back with you and looking fantastic again, the paint look great.

Need to get mine sorted now, but it is underway, lack of funds, lack of time at home and insurance are all slowing me down.

How did you get on with yours Ian ? Thought that would be sorted by now ?

Nor did I, just as well as it's too late now !

Don't see why they can't be switched. If the holes/captives are in the wrong places you can just drill new ones. With luck, the overfender itself will cover the evidence.

All the more so with that VW Beetle style wing beading underneath it...

So you've paid for all this yourself? And not claimed on the insurance? Or the insurance paid out and you've done the work? I can't quite work it out!

I had no one to claim against, so I didn't claim on my own insurance.
Didn't want the car wrote off and didn't want to wait months either
Guess I could still go back and ask the question, but also don't want my other ins policies to go up now either.
So yes I have paid to repair the car out of my own pocket
