If it was me I would go for a new stainless set.

Only just realised that you can get SS bumpers!.
Do they look as nice as Newly plated chrome ones?
I've not looked into it yet but how much roughly does it cost to get bumpers re-chromed?

yes PMAC your right, unfortunately im at risk of redundancy at work! 
II want to finish the dato off, but cant afford to spend shed loads!! Once its up and running I will look at upgrading parts etc....

please can anyone help?
I am still desperately after some bumpers in ANY condition. I want to wrap them in carbon fibre...these will be changed at a later date, funds permitting!
I just want to get my car on road for 2013, please someone must have some knocking about in their garage/shed/cellar???
