Hi Shak, hopefully someone will answer you, there are a few small differences and you may have to do some slight modifications but hopefully someone will set you straight.
Depending on the condition of your current tank you could have it restored, there is a process called RENU which does a good job in bringing a corroded tank back up to spec. http://www.fueltanks.co.uk/pages/renu.html

mhi thanks for the reply. my current tank is beyond repair, my car has sustained rear damage. do you know if the floor pan of a 240z and 260z are the same?

Hi sorry no idea, if your car is a two seater i'd think it would be similar but I'm no expert! Always best to use the same model as there can be small differences. Do you have photos of your car? Where in Birmingham are you?
